King Saud University is ranked 90th in the world in the Shanghai ranking

 




 King Saud University achieved a new global achievement by ranking 90th in the Shanghai World University Rankings for the year 2024.

 His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of King Saud University, Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, confirmed that this achievement is one of the fruits of the strategic vision of the wise leadership in the fields of education, research, development and innovation. To achieve excellence in various academic and research institutions; As part of their continued interest and support for everything that serves the goals of the education system, he pointed out that this achievement comes in line with the goals and aspirations of His Highness the Crown Prince for the university to be among the top 10 global universities.

 Al-Benyan congratulated the employees of King Saud University, including faculty members, employees, male and female students. For their effective contributions and remarkable efforts in this achievement; Looking forward to their continuing excellence in the academic and research fields, in order to achieve the university’s goals, mission and strategic plans, which are the success of the educational and research process and push its path to new horizons of creativity, enhance its role and development impact, and confirm its excellence in global indicators and classifications. In order to achieve one of the university’s objectives stated in its bylaws, which stipulates “raising the classification of higher education services in the city of Riyadh in particular, and in the Kingdom in general, in international university classification reports.”
