In line with its mission to strengthen research collaboration and exchange scientific expertise, the University Obesity Research Center welcomed a delegation from BGI Medical and Manahel Health Medical Services to review the center’s latest achievements and advances in obesity research and related diseases.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the latest research technologies employed in the center’s laboratories and briefed on current projects and applied studies aimed at addressing the health challenges associated with obesity and its related chronic conditions, such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Both parties also discussed potential future collaborations in medical research and innovation, emphasizing the importance of scientific partnerships in supporting prevention and treatment efforts, and in developing evidence-based solutions to address obesity as a global health challenge.
